New Fire Extinguisher Installation

All fire extinguishers that are installed into businesses in New Zealand are required to have an annual Service carried out in accordance with NZ Standard 4503:2005 to make sure they are Compliant.

If the installation of the New Fire Extinguisher is New to the building then the Extinguisher is required to be Checked and Certified (Commissioned) before it is put into Service. The location of the Extinguisher is also required to be checked to make sure it is Compliant to NZ Standard 4503:2005. If we are installing into a new location we need to check location, height, Install the compliant bracket and make sure the mounting is up to standard, Correct size and type of extinguisher for the hazard, Correct signage Blazon for the extinguisher installed at the correct height. Site Fee including 1x Annual Service must be selected first
